Argon & Co acquires German procurement firm PrexPartners
LEVALLOIS-PERRET, FRANCE — Argon & Co, a global management consultancy specializing in operations strategy and transformation, has announced the acquisition of PrexPartners, a boutique procurement consulting firm based in Mönchengladbach, Germany.
This marks Argon & Co’s second acquisition in Europe this year, following its entry into the Irish market with Pebble Business Transformation in Ireland.
Strategic move in high-demand procurement sector
Jean-François Laget, Group Managing Director of Argon & Co, emphasized the strategic importance of this acquisition, stating, “It is deeply exciting to welcome PrexPartners to Argon & Co. The timing is particularly advantageous, as the procurement sector is experiencing high demand across Europe.

Founded in 2010 by Christian Dieker and Dr. Phillip Harter, PrexPartners has built a strong reputation in procurement consulting.
With a team of approximately 20 consultants, the firm operates across Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands. It focuses on operational excellence, spending efficiency, and sustainability in procurement programs.
Expanding client solutions with broader expertise
As part of Argon & Co, PrexPartners will have access to a wider array of consulting services beyond procurement, including operations strategy, supply chain management, and logistics. The company’s estimated annual revenue stands at $232.2 million, with an impressive employee count of 754 and a 6% growth rate in the past year.
PrexPartners, on the other hand, will benefit from Argon & Co’s global scale and extensive network.
Leadership continuity and cultural alignment
PrexPartners’ co-founders, Christian Dieker and Dr. Phillip Harter, will remain in their leadership roles as they become partners at Argon & Co. Klaus Weskamp, PrexPartners’ third partner, will also join Argon & Co., ensuring leadership continuity and smooth integration.
