PORTSMOUTH, UNITED STATES — Blue Mantis has named Jay Pasteris chief services officer, putting its professional services, managed services, technology practices and solutions architecture teams under a single leader.
The appointment is part of the company’s continued investment in customer success, service innovation and growth.
Blue Mantis unifies its services organization
Blue Mantis is a security-first information technology (IT) services provider with a history of more than 30 years, headquartered in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, with offices in greater Boston, Tampa Bay, Toronto and Bangalore, India.
According to a company press release, Pasteris will oversee the company’s end-to-end services organization, aligning consulting, architecture, implementation, managed services and technical practices.
The company said the structure is meant to create a more seamless customer experience and accelerate the delivery of business outcomes, as organizations increasingly seek trusted partners to navigate complex technology environments.

Blue Mantis partners with more than 2,500 mid-market and enterprise organizations and is backed by private equity firm Recognize, the company said.
The firm specializes in managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, artificial intelligence (AI) and collaboration solutions.
Dinneen added that customer success “has always been at the center of what we do” and that the new alignment strengthens the company’s ability to innovate and execute as it continues to grow.
