Calabrio appoints Dillon Nugent as CMO

MINNESOTA, UNITED STATES — Calabrio, a workforce performance solutions provider for contact centers, announced the addition of Dillon Nugent as their new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
With a robust 25-year history in marketing leadership, Nugent is known for her prowess in advancing growth strategies for software-as-a-service (SaaS) firms. As CMO, she will be a crucial part of Calabrio’s executive team, reporting directly to CEO Kevin Jones.

Nugent’s recent tenure as CMO at Khoros, an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered customer engagement platform, saw her lead vital roles, including overseeing the merger of Spredfast and Lithium into Khoros. Additionally, she served as Marketing Head at Spiceworks, a renowned IT-focused online community.
In her new role, Nugent conveyed her enthusiasm to leverage data-driven strategies to foster growth and operational excellence.
