NEW JERSEY, UNITED STATES — Cognizant has agreed to acquire DyFlex Solutions, an Australia-headquartered SAP Platinum Partner, to strengthen its SAP and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities in Australia and New Zealand.
DyFlex has grown to over 300 people since its founding in 2011, with offices across the region and a delivery presence in the Philippines. Until the deal closes, the two companies will continue to operate as separate businesses.
A pure-play SAP partner
Cognizant announced the definitive agreement in a press release on Oct. 21.
DyFlex delivers advisory, consulting, implementation and managed services across the SAP ecosystem, with depth in SAP Public Cloud.
It specializes in SAP transformation, including AI-led process advisory, across finance, digital supply chain, asset maintenance, human capital management, and data and analytics.
Its sector experience spans mining and resources, energy and utilities, manufacturing, logistics, the public sector and the mid-market.
Into Cognizant’s AI platforms
After closing, Cognizant plans to combine DyFlex’s regional SAP expertise and proprietary accelerators with its AI platforms, including Neuro AI Enterprise Core and the Cognizant SAP Agentic AI Platform.
The companies aim to help clients move beyond isolated AI experiments to production-ready AI and agentic systems across their SAP environments.
“DyFlex brings deep SAP consulting capabilities that are key to reimagining SaaS, modernising clients’ business landscapes and driving operational performance,” said Roshan Subudhi, senior vice president and head of intelligent enterprise platforms at Cognizant.
Carla Ramchand, managing director ANZ at Cognizant, said clients across the region are seeking practical pathways to modernise core platforms while adopting cloud, data and AI capabilities.
“For DyFlex’s clients and the organisations we look forward to working with, it would mean the trusted people they know today, with even more ways to accelerate their transformation ambitions,” she said.
“Joining Cognizant would be an exciting next chapter for our clients and colleagues,” said Evan Mantis, chief executive officer of DyFlex.
Closing expected in early 2027
The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027, subject to required regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
Financial details were not disclosed.
What SAP clients should watch
For SAP users in Australia and New Zealand, the deal puts a local specialist inside a provider with global delivery scale.
Clients that buy SAP support as IT managed services can ask how account teams and service levels carry over after closing.
Buyers weighing digital transformation partners in the region can compare options on the top BPO companies in Australia list.
