Concentrix Florida to recruit 960 on back of major new client win
Concentrix is to recruit an additional 960 employees for its Florida operation. These new full-time positions will see staff working out of the company’s International Parkway site in Orlando and come on the back of a big – as yet unannounced – client win for the California-headquartered business services specialist. With customer service, system engineering and technical support roles all on offer, the company will be recruiting throughout the remainder of the year and into early 2020.
It is also believed a number of employees affected by the company-wide redundancies announced at the end of last month may be considered for the new positions at the Orlando facility. The company currently employs more than 230,000 workers across 40 countries, with 3,000 of them operating out of Florida.
