Convention to tackle housing needs of BPO
Colliers Philippines director Julius Guevara is set to discuss the topic “Understanding and Capturing the Housing Needs of Business Process Outsourcing” during the national convention of the Subdivision and Housing Developers Association (SHDA). Guevara joins a list of speakers who will be discussing various topics related to the housing industry during the SHDA national convention in Iloilo Convention Center. In its quarterly market review, Colliers said the Philippine office property market maintained high occupancy levels in the quarter ending June, with the BPO industry sustaining the growth.
