IT and BPM firm Datamatics Global Services Ltd. (DGSL) announced that it has received the NASSCOM Customer Service Excellence Award 2019 in the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) implementation category. The award was in recognition of Datamatics’ efforts to cut the transaction processing time of a major American logistics firm by 86%, through the adoption of end-to-end automation using its RPA product TruBot. Datamatics automated the fuel bill process of the logistics company, helping the client cut transactional processing time, boost accuracy and obtain higher operational efficiency.

The NASSCOM Customer Service Excellence Award aims to honor game-changers in the BPM industry and recognize enterprises that are transforming customer service and offering technology-enabled, high outcome-based services. Datamatics was also recognized recently by Gartner Peer Insights as its July 2019 Customers’ Choice for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Software.
