Entigrity-MYCPE merger into MYCPE ONE creates one-stop hub for accounting firms
TEXAS, UNITED STATES — The accounting services landscape is experiencing a significant transformation as Entigrity and MYCPE announce their strategic merger to form MYCPE ONE, creating a comprehensive ecosystem for certified public accountants (CPAs) and accounting firms.
Strategic integration and service expansion
The newly formed entity will offer an extensive suite of services, including staffing solutions, continuing professional education (CPE) services, and offshore operations support.
The merger introduces several new service lines scheduled for launch between December 2024 and June 2025, including M&A Advisory, Digital Marketing, and Tech & Cybersecurity solutions.
A notable feature of MYCPE ONE’s offering is its Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model, which will enable over 500 firms to establish their own offshore operations. This capability significantly enhances operational control and efficiency for accounting firms seeking to expand their global footprint.
