Global Process Manager Expands Capacity to 600
Global Process Manager (GPM), the Ermita-based outsourcing company, celebrated the opening of its fifth floor of the Times Plaza building, on Wednesday.
The recent expansion added 150 seats to their growing operation, taking GPM to over 600 seats in total. The expansion enabled GPM to accommodate its now largest client with more space for which it provide full hosted services.
The ceremony was attended by a large contingent of GPM’s staff, numerous VIP guests and two of GPM’s clients who flew in from Europe to attend the event.
Erik Nielsen, the President of GPM addressed the gathering as well as Doris Magsaysay, CEO of GPM’s parent company, Magsaysay Group. The family-owned Magsaysay group has been around for 70 years, encompasses 50 companies, and employs over 40,000 people.
GPM and Magsaysay Group is based in Ermita, Manila, where recently its Mayor, Isko Moreno appealed for more BPOs to consider setting up in the area.
