The demand for healthcare is expected to aid in the outsourcing industry, as an aging population in the US boosts the demand.

Currently, there are 120,000 full-time employees in the sector involved in different areas. Certified medical coders can earn P40,000 a month while nurses with credentials can earn up to P100,000 a month, said Ang.

Anyone can easily get a job in healthcare BPO provided they pass all the training on anatomy, physiology, and medical terminologies.
