High hopes for new Cebu BPM tower and upmarket one-stop destination
The Robinsons Galleria Cebu Complex is to incorporate a business process management (BPM) office tower. The new nine-storey structure will offer 20,000 square meters of floor space and is expected to become a prime destination for local and overseas firms looking for premium office accommodation. The tower, however, is just one of the many innovative elements scheduled to form part of this new mixed-use development, seen as destined to be Cebu’s latest landmark lifestyle destination.
In addition to a mall, the complex will also house the Summit Galleria Hotel and the decidedly upmarket Galleria Residences. According to Floramie Adolfo, Robinsons Land Corp’s senior regional operations manager for Cebu and Eastern Visayas, the development is intended to provide clients with the ultimate one-stop experience, allowing them to find everything they might require in just one location.
