ibex to hire 400 workers in new Pittsburgh CX center
US-based Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company ibex will open a new customer experience (CX) delivery center in Wilkins Township and is planning to hire 400 new workers as part of its expansion plans in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Ibex’s new 33,000-square-feet center will start its operations on October 1. It is expected to bring over US$ 3.5 million in capital investments to Allegheny County.
This would be the second expansion move by the outsourcing firm in the region. It has previously maintained offices near Pittsburgh International Airport before transitioning to a remote setting.
Greg Rajchel, SVP of Commercial and Client Operations in ibex, said, “We are excited to open our new site here in the greater Pittsburgh region, strengthening our commitment to the city, while bringing hundreds of diverse career opportunities to the area.”
