ICC to boost small ICT players in Cebu
The Innovation Council of Cebu (ICC), a newly created group under the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry, is set to boost digital entrepreneurs, technology start-ups, homegrown business process outsourcing firms, freelancers, and animators in Cebu. Michael Cubos, ICC president during the launch of the Cebu Digital Innovation Summit 2017 disclosed that they want to help and organize the small players to give them a voice. He cited that the information communication technology-business process management sector that generated USD25bn revenues in 2016 does not only include the big players but also the small ones.
