IDC names Genpact as 2019 leader in worldwide analytics
Global professional services platform Genpact has been named as a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Business Process Outsourcing for AML and KYC 2019 Vendor Assessment.
The IDC MarketScape report recognises Genpact’s investment in financial crime management, including its acquisition of riskCanvas. Steven D’Alfonso, research director responsible for compliance, fraud and risk analytics strategies, said the digital business platform they offer enables financial services clients to digitally transform operations.
