Intelsa, Tyleia join forces in global BPO expansion
MEDELLIN, COLOMBIA, and SAAREMAA, ESTONIA — In a move to broaden its international footprint, Intelsa has announced a strategic partnership with Tyleia, a business process outsourcing (BPO), information technology outsourcing (ITO), and general outsourcing services provider.
The collaboration aims to deliver innovative customer support, technology services, and omnichannel communication solutions to clients worldwide.
Expanding multilingual and multi-regional support
Intelsa, a customer experience (CX) award-winning provider of BPO, staffing, and AI services based in Medellín, Colombia, will expand its service offerings by leveraging Tyleia’s global network.
This expansion will enable Intelsa to provide multilingual customer support and AI-driven services across multiple markets.
