iQor climbs to #34 in Everest Group BPS top 50

FLORIDA, UNITED STATES — iQor has ranked No. 34 in Everest Group’s BPS Top 50 2026, climbing 11 positions from the prior year and placing No. 10 by percentage growth among customer experience business process outsourcing providers, driven by 28 new enterprise client wins, the acquisitions of OP360 and JumpCrew, and an expansion of more than 5,300 seats globally.

Acquisitions and enterprise wins power 11-position climb

According to a press release, iQor, which employs approximately 45,000 people across 10 countries, operates through three service pillars spanning customer experience management, managed services, and artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled delivery under its infinityAiQ platform.

The company’s acquisition of OP360 and JumpCrew gave it vertical depth and client relationships that contributed directly to its 28 new enterprise wins over the Everest Group measurement period.

iQor also launched operations in Cairo, Egypt, as a multilingual delivery hub, adding geographic reach outside its established Americas and Asia-Pacific footprint.

“Our growth is intentional and focused on how to best service our clients and maximize the high value areas of the business process outsourcing (BPO) sector,” said Chris Crowley, President and CEO at iQor.

Everest Group cites AI enablement and account penetration

iQor’s No. 10 ranking by percentage growth places it among the fastest-scaling top BPO companies in a segment where many established providers are managing flat or contracting revenue bases.

The growth reflected new enterprise client acquisitions, deeper penetration of existing accounts, and targeted capability expansion through acquisitions, alongside increased AI enablement across the company’s service portfolio.

Everest Group’s BPS Top 50 measures business process services revenue performance, making a ranking climb of 11 positions in a single year a significant indicator of above-market growth for the period.

“iQor has earned a place among the fastest-growing BPS providers in the Everest Group BPS Top 50, reflecting strong performance in 2025 despite a moderating market,” said Akash Verma, Vice President at Everest Group.

The Everest Group BPS Top 50 recognition arrives as CX-focused BPO providers face bifurcating market conditions: AI-enabled operators with enterprise client diversity are accelerating, while single-vertical or undifferentiated providers face margin compression.

iQor’s combination of M&A-driven scale, a proprietary AI platform, and a new multilingual hub in Cairo reflects a deliberate repositioning toward higher-value BPO engagements.

For buyers evaluating outsourcing partnerships, the company’s climb from No. 45 to No. 34 in 12 months is a measurable indicator of commercial momentum.
