XiFin invests in Notable Systems for Agentic AI RCM

COLORADO, UNITED STATES — XiFin on August 10, 2026, announced a strategic investment in Notable Systems, a Denver-based agentic artificial intelligence (AI) automation company serving healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) operations.
The deal marks XiFin’s participation in Notable’s Series B funding round and launches a multi-year technology alliance. No investment amount was disclosed.
Building the next generation of intelligent RCM
The alliance integrates Notable’s document intelligence with XiFin’s Empower AI ecosystem to automate high-volume document workflows including requisitions, prescriptions, medical records and payer correspondence.
According to a press release, XiFin’s Empower platform gains specialized automation capabilities targeting the most document-intensive stages of the revenue cycle.
“XiFin has long applied AI, automation, and active intelligence across the revenue cycle. This alliance builds on that foundation by expanding the specialized capabilities available through XiFin Empower and accelerating our broader innovation roadmap. Our investment and multi-year commitment reflect both the importance of this work and XiFin’s continued leadership in shaping the next generation of intelligent revenue cycle management,” said Lâle White, chief executive officer at XiFin.
Agentic AI to streamline complex healthcare billing
The investment extends a relationship that Notable describes as central to its growth among enterprise durable medical equipment (DME) and home medical equipment (HME) providers.
XiFin’s entry into the Series B signals a strategic realignment by Notable toward embedded healthcare platform partnerships.
“Our greatest successes have always come from deep, collaborative relationships with major healthcare partners. XiFin’s participation in our Series B is a meaningful vote of confidence in our team and our technology, and this strategic realignment lets us invest further in the embedded partnerships that have long differentiated Notable. Our strategic alliance with XiFin provides the foundation to accelerate innovation for years to come,” said Steve Johnson, chief executive officer at Notable Systems.
XiFin’s direct investment in a technology partner signals a broader move in healthcare information technology (IT) toward embedded ecosystems rather than open vendor marketplaces.
The deal accelerates healthcare business process outsourcing (BPO) adoption of agentic automation for document-intensive billing workflows. With XiFin serving diagnostic, pharmacy, and medical device clients across the United States, the alliance gives Notable Systems a significant new distribution channel.
The partnership deepens at a moment when healthcare RCM providers increasingly compete on embedded automation depth rather than platform features alone.
