MiraMed names new general counsel
Healthcare business process outsourcing firm MiraMed Global Services Inc (MiraMed) has appointed Cindy Becker as General Counsel. She will provide general legal counsel to internal stakeholders and the Board of Directors on company matters. MiraMed added that Becker will manage the company’s internal and external contracting process. She will work closely with senior executives and the Board to implement MiraMed’s goals, according to Tony Mira, Chairman & CEO of MiraMed. MiraMed is a global provider of business process outsourcing solutions to healthcare organizations nationwide. It operates offices in the US, India, and the Philippines.
