NICE, Google partnership expanded

Customer experience (CX) software firm NICE announced the expansion of its partnership with tech giant Google with the optimization of its cloud-native CX platform called CXone.
The “secure, scalable, and rapidly deployable” platform will join Google’s Chrome Enterprise Recommended program and will meet the technical bar set by the tech giant for use in contact centers.
Under the partnership, organizations using Chrome OS devices can now tap into CXone and benefit from efficient work-from-anywhere capabilities to ensure extraordinary agent and customer experiences.
Additionally, Chrome OS users can leverage CXone’s enterprise-grade platform with its unified suite of CX applications including artificial intelligence-powered conversational self-service, knowledge management, AI-powered omnichannel contact routing, interactive voice response, predictive dialler, workforce engagement, and CX analytics, among others.
NICE CXone CEO Paul Jarman said that this collaboration reaffirms their “commitment to bringing exceptional, next-gen, digitally fluent experiences to organizations and their agents on an operating system of their choice.”
He added that CXone on Chrome OS can help support the interactions of trusted global brands and small and medium-sized businesses.
