NTT DATA expands Google Cloud reach with Niveus acquisition
TOKYO, JAPAN — The global IT services giant NTT DATA has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Niveus Solutions, enhancing its position as a top global partner for Google Cloud services.
While terms of the transaction were not disclosed, the deal aims to broaden NTT DATA’s cloud capabilities to address the increasing demand for innovative cloud solutions across various industries.

The acquisition will bring 1,000 Google Cloud Platform (GCP) engineering professionals into NTT DATA’s fold, strengthening its cloud service capabilities.
