Two key government support to outsourcing to PH

The Philippines has long established its position as a global leader in call-center or voice-based services. Its shares services and IT sector represents several industries and now these also include non-voice, information-based services.
The government of the Philippines offers direct support to the IT-BPM sector and is also developing the nation brand for promoting greater foreign investment. This initiative received a major boost in 2015 when Manila organized the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit.
The two key government support schemes include the incentives offered by the PEZA (Philippine Export Zones Authority) and those offered by the BOI (Board of Investments).
