The Philippines has been named as the third most favored offshore location for contact center delivery, globally. The Philippines placed under India and South Africa, and was followed by Malaysia and Poland in the fourth and fifth places, respectively.
According to the 2020 Front Office BPO Omnibus Survey, the Philippines remains very well-viewed especially in Australia, the USA and Canada. However, a lower ranking in the UK this year was certainly a factor in its drop from first place in 2018 to 2019.
The 2020 Front Office Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Omnibus Survey conducted by global firm Ryan Strategic Advisory assessed 540 senior decision-makers representing 42 countries spread across multiple sectors.
