Sitel: Sponsor Largest Annual BPO Summit in the PH
According to recent industry news, Sitel Philippines, the giant BPO enterprise in the country, has decided to support the IBPAP International IT-BPM Summit via a gold sponsorship in the year 2017.
The summit is running in its 8th year and is an annual meeting of the top regional and global IT-BPM industry companies. The goal of the summit is to address industry issues and trends and also configure opportunities for collaboration in order to ensure the continued growth of the industry.
The theme of the summit is Accelerate PH, Future-Ready. It will be inaugurating the Philippine IT-BPM Roadmap 2022 that is created for guiding the BPO industry to keep pace with the digital advancements predicted in the future.
According to Sitel Philippines chief operating officer, Craig Reines, this is an extremely critical landmark for IBPAP because it clearly lays out the industrys direction and focus for the coming five years. Reines claims that Sitel is happy to support the future growth of the Philippines BPO industry by offering gold sponsorship for the upcoming event.
