AUSTIN, UNITED STATES — SoftServe, a global AI and technology services company, has named Andriy Stytsyuk chief executive officer effective Oct. 1, succeeding Harry Propper, who has led the company since 2023 and will retire at the end of the year.
Stytsyuk, a 16-year SoftServe veteran, currently serves as chief operating officer and chief financial officer and was chosen after a year-long selection process by the board.

Over his tenure, Stytsyuk has helped shape the company’s strategy, strengthen its operational foundation and guide strategic investments and acquisitions, according to a press release.
Propper will remain actively involved through the end of the year to support the transition before retiring Dec. 31.
“Andriy brings the strategic leadership, transformational experience, client focus, and dedication to our values needed to lead SoftServe into this exciting next chapter,” said Taras Kytsmey, SoftServe co-founder and board member.
“As AI continues to reshape every sector, SoftServe is uniquely positioned to help organizations accelerate ingenuity and generate more business value,” Kytsmey said.

“As we enter the next era of innovation, our focus remains clear: helping clients unlock new advantages by deploying emerging technologies, such as AI, with exceptional engineering and deep technical expertise,” Stytsyuk said.
Under Stytsyuk, the company plans to accelerate growth, deepen its AI and digital transformation capabilities and expand strategic partnerships.
SoftServe cited growing demand for AI, physical AI, agentic engineering, cloud and data solutions.
“I have tremendous confidence in Andriy and the leadership team as they guide SoftServe into a future filled with opportunity,” Propper said.
The company acquired India’s NewVision Software in July.
