Teleperformance Brazil Receives Best Workplace For Women Recognition
Teleperformance, one of the world’s leading outsourcing companies, announced that it was given the Best Workplace for Women award by Great Place to Work in Brazil. Fabricio Coutinho, Teleperformance Brazil CEO, said the award recognizes the company’s commitment to diversity.
Miranda Collard, chief client officer and chair of TP Women at Teleperformance Group, said the company, where women account for over 60% of the workforce and make up more than 53% of management roles, puts a high value on gender equality and has long recognized the important role women play in the workplace.
Meanwhile, Ruy Shiozawa, Great Place to Work in Brazil CEO, said the people theme has been gaining popularity within firms, showing a clear link between focus on people and better results. Teleperformance was one of the 55 companies out of 450 that was given the recognition this year.
