Teleperformance Philippines, one of the top providers of outsourced customer experience management services in the country, is seeking to further strengthen its presence in online and new media. To achieve that goal, the company recently hosted an exclusive site tour for bloggers at its Mall of Asia facility. Through the site tour, Teleperformance was able to showcase the company’s employees, who demonstrated their skills in handling customers as the bloggers observed them inside the operations floor. The bloggers were also guided to Teleperformance Philippines’ state-of-the-art amenities and employee services.
