TTEC among Mexico’s Best Workplaces for 5th consecutive year
COLORADO, UNITED STATES — Global customer experience (CX) firm TTEC Holdings was recently recognized in Computrabajo’s Best Workplaces 2023 list in Mexico for the fifth consecutive year.
The company also earned recognition as the best company to work for in Mexico in the Telemarketing and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) category.
TTEC Engage Chief Operating Officer Chuck Koskovich expressed his gratitude for the recognition as Best Workplace in Mexico, saying it “is a testament to our commitment to deliver an exceptional employee experience (EX) in creating the workplace of the future.”

Meanwhile, Computrabajo B2B Marketing Manager Alejandra Martínez explained that their best workplaces list is rated by each firm’s employees and ex-employees. Respondents accounted for their work environment, career opportunities, salary and benefits, and company leadership.
“These reviews allow us to know how companies work in the reputation of their brand,” Martinez added.
Computrabajo is the leading employment website in Latin America. The Best Workplaces list considered more than 1.5 million evaluations across 41,000 companies in 2022.
