UST to double its headcount in Bengaluru, India

Digital transformation solutions company UST is planning to double its headcount at its Bengaluru, India office to 12,000 in the next two years.
According to a statement, the company had already hired an additional 2,000 employees since February 2020 amid the start of the pandemic.
In the next 18-24 months, UST plans to hire a mix of fresh graduates and experienced engineers for products and services in healthcare, technology, logistics, semiconductors, and BFSI (banking and financial services and insurance) clients.
UST COO and India Country Head Alexander Varghese said that they are determined to recruit the top talents so that the company can expand and create “great IT industry job opportunities in Bengaluru.”
The US-based firm has offices across 25 countries and provides cutting-edge digital transformation services to Global 2000 and Fortune 500 enterprises.
In India, UST has opened software delivery centers across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, Pune, Coimbatore, Hosur, and Delhi-NCR.
