Visa Inc. to outsource to PH
Visa Inc. a global technology firm of payments has introduced merchant support and debit processing services and a BPO service hub at the Mall of Asia in Pasay City. The Philippines were exclusively chosen by Visa Inc. as one of its four 24/7 service centers around the world.

Visa’s BPO service hub in the Philippines is a state-of-the-art 6,300 sqm of prime office space that hosts 570 employees. They will contribute support services to Visa clients and cardholders worldwide. It will later expand to incorporate the merchant support process and also the debit processing services and tech.
Visa’s Asia group executive for Asia Pacific Chris Clark is proud that Visa is investing and supporting the growth of the Philippines. The country has a huge workforce that is educated, young, and speaks English. This allowed them to firmly establish themselves as leaders for IT-BPO service operations for numerous US companies. 1.2 million people are employed in the IT and the business processing sector.
Senior Vice President for client support services at Visa stated that the new center in Manila is an important cornerstone for Visa. It expands it’s position as the employer of choice and bolsters its support services.
