Wipro, Rubrik launch enterprise resilience as a service

BENGALURU, INDIA — Wipro and Rubrik launched Enterprise Resilience as a Service (ERaaS), a multi-year managed offering combining consulting-led cyber and operational resilience with platform-native recovery capabilities.

The joint service integrates Wipro’s business-first resilience methodology with Rubrik’s Zero Trust data protection and artificial intelligence (AI)-driven recovery platform. No financial terms were disclosed.

A business-first framework for continuous cyber resilience

ERaaS is structured around client business outcomes rather than technology deployment, differentiating it from conventional managed security engagements.

Wipro‘s consulting teams identify critical systems, map impact tolerances and recovery priorities, then translate those findings into resilience-by-design architectures, governance frameworks and recovery playbooks.

“Where most resilience engagements start with technology, Wipro’s starts with the business use cases, and that distinction is what makes ERaaS stand out. Together with Rubrik’s Zero Trust recovery capabilities, ERaaS will identify critical systems, map impact tolerances, and quickly establish recovery priorities,” said Satish Yadavalli, Global Business Head, Cloud, Infrastructure and Security Services, at Wipro.

“Leveraging our consulting capabilities, we will work closely with clients to translate these insights into resilience-by-design architectures, governance frameworks, and recovery playbooks,” Yadavalli added.

Rubrik Zero Trust recovery integrated into operations

The combined offering embeds Rubrik’s unified data resilience and Zero Trust recovery into Wipro’s managed service delivery, operationalizing cyber recovery as a standing enterprise function.

Customers gain a documented, defensible recovery posture rather than one assembled after an incident, addressing an increasingly common requirement from regulators and insurers.

“Together with Wipro, we are helping customers operationalize cyber recovery as a core part of a broader enterprise resilience strategy. Moments of disruption are inevitable, which is why this joint offering is critical for safe, confident, agile recovery,” said Alok Agrawal, Chief Solutions Officer at Rubrik.

ERaaS enters a market where regulators and insurers increasingly require enterprises to document recovery capabilities beyond perimeter security controls.

For businesses relying on outsourced information technology (IT) and business process outsourcing (BPO) operations, a single disrupted managed-services provider can cascade failures across multiple clients simultaneously.

Wipro’s delivery network in more than 65 countries positions ERaaS to serve multinational organizations with distributed outsourcing footprints, providing a single-partner resilience framework in place of fragmented regional solutions.

The offering reflects a broader shift in managed IT services toward embedded, outcome-linked resilience commitments rather than point-in-time assessments.
