Xceed renews PCI DSS certification for a fifth straight year

- Xceed renewed its PCI DSS v4.0.1 certification for a fifth consecutive year.
- Xceed is certified as a Level 1 Service Provider, the highest tier.
- The certificate covers three sites, in Egypt, Morocco and Mauritius.
- ISOQAR India assessed Xceed in a report on compliance issued in May.
CAIRO, EGYPT — Xceed has renewed its Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) certification under version 4.0.1 for the fifth consecutive year, as a Level 1 Service Provider, the highest tier under the standard.
The standard sets the security rules that companies storing, processing or transmitting payment card data must follow, including contact centers that handle card payments for clients.
Five straight years, not a single audit
The renewal extends a five-year record in which the systems, processes and people handling payment data met the same standard every year, according to Xceed.
The PCI DSS certificate covers three operational sites, in Egypt, Morocco and Mauritius.
Xceed operates in six markets: Egypt, Morocco, Mauritius, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and India.
ISOQAR (India) Private Limited, a Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) certified by the PCI Security Standards Council, carried out the assessment, with its report on compliance issued in May.
Xceed worked with cybersecurity firm Zerosploit MEA throughout the renewal to validate controls, test evidence and keep every region audit-ready.
“Maintaining PCI DSS certification for the fifth consecutive year is a significant achievement for Xceed, reflecting our unwavering commitment to protecting our clients’ data and delivering services that meet the highest international security standards,” said Mohamed Aly Lotfy, Chief Executive Officer of Xceed.
“This achievement demonstrates the strength of our security culture, operational excellence, and consistent governance across our regional operations,” Lotfy said.
A compliance signal for outsourcing buyers
Xceed said it will keep investing in the governance, technology and partnerships behind the result.
For buyers outsourcing customer service, collections or billing support that touches card payments, a provider’s PCI DSS status shows whether its sites meet the card industry’s security rules.
Certifications have become a common way for business process outsourcing (BPO) providers to signal security, as when DME Service Solutions earned SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001:2022 certifications in September 2025.
The renewal comes as Egypt, where Xceed is headquartered, targets $6 billion in outsourcing exports for 2026.
Buyers comparing call center providers on the top BPO companies worldwide list can ask which sites a PCI DSS certificate names, since coverage is tied to specific locations.
