Agentic AI firm Yellow.ai targets the $384Bn BPO market

BENGALURU, INDIA — Yellow.ai, an enterprise artificial intelligence (AI) platform, is set to go public through a merger with Bluerock Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) listed on Nasdaq.
The deal values Yellow.ai at approximately $550 million in pro forma equity value and is expected to raise more than $200 million to fund the company’s growth plans.
Yellow.ai will use the capital to target the $384 billion business process outsourcing (BPO) market, where the company’s agentic AI platform already processes more than 16 billion conversations annually across 650+ enterprise clients.
Yellow.ai deploys AI agents across 650 enterprise clients
According to a company press release, Yellow.ai’s Nexus platform orchestrates AI agents across more than 100 enterprise integrations, supporting 135+ languages in 85+ countries through multi-model AI architecture.
The company’s Nexus Vox voice AI agent targets the estimated 85% of customer-service interactions still answered by human representatives, converting call-center volume into automated resolution workflows.
“BPOs, with a large US market, mainly driven by humans, will move to agents that plan, act and resolve — and the platform enterprises trust to run it will define the category,” said Raghu Ravinutala, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Yellow.ai.
SPAC deal positions Yellow.ai to consolidate BPO market
Upon closing, Yellow.ai will list under the ticker YAI with the $175 million Bluerock (bluerockacquisition.com) trust and $30 million in committed private investment in public equity (PIPE) financing backing the company’s consolidation strategy.
Yellow.ai reported unaudited revenue of $34 million for its most recent fiscal year, with enterprise accounts representing more than 70% of its recurring revenue base.
“Yellow.ai has built an enterprise-grade platform already operating at production scale across some of the world’s most demanding organizations. We’re excited to back the Yellow.ai team as they aim to consolidate this attractive and fragmented market and scale their agentic AI platform,” said Ramin Kamfar, Chairman and CEO at Bluerock Acquisition Corp.
Yellow.ai’s listing comes as the global BPO sector faces structural disruption from agentic AI systems capable of resolving complex, multi-step service tasks at scale, a capability that has historically required human labor.
The AI agent sub-segment of the BPO market is forecast to expand from $12 billion today to $295 billion by 2035 at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 43%, in a total market projected to reach $906 billion.
For outsourcing providers, Yellow.ai’s Nasdaq listing and more than $200 million in capital resources position the company as both a technology vendor and a direct competitor in customer-service delivery markets.
