ZigZag Offshoring acquires Outposter in global expansion deal

SINGAPORE, SINGAPORE — Singapore-based ZigZag Offshoring has acquired Outposter, an outsourcing and offshoring firm known for its innovative, client-focused solutions.
While specific terms of the deal were not announced, it marks an expansion of ZigZag Offshoring’s global footprint and combines two prominent players in the managed services and outsourcing sector.
Strategic integration in Asia-Pacific markets
The acquisition strengthens ZigZag’s presence in key markets across Asia-Pacific, particularly in Australia, India, and the Philippines.
“This acquisition aligns with our mission to lead innovation and set new benchmarks in the offshoring and outsourcing sector,” said Chris Adebahr, CEO of ZigZag Offshoring, in a press release.
“Our shared values, history and mutual dedication to delivering outstanding results make this partnership a natural fit.”
Outposter’s approach to prioritizing employee satisfaction and client success will integrate seamlessly with ZigZag’s commitment to exceptional outcomes.
The integration process will maintain service continuity for existing clients while offering expanded resources through the combined organization.
Enhanced client services
The merger brings together Outposter’s innovative approach to workforce management, including its proprietary AI recruiting software and managed service solutions, with ZigZag’s enterprise-level infrastructure.
Outposter has built its reputation by providing stable, long-term employment through redeployment for its remote workforce across the Philippines and India. The company is subscribed to the Outsource Accelerator (OA) Source Partner Program, a powerful tool that helps BPO firms with marketing, sales, and business intelligence.
Meanwhile, ZigZag Offshoring, known for its tailored workforce solutions, specializes in providing comprehensive support and access to exceptional talent for growing businesses.
Leadership continuity and future direction
Both companies will retain their unique identities while working to maximize synergies from the partnership, with Outposter’s leadership team continuing to operate alongside ZigZag’s management.
Ben Pullen, who founded Outposter and has served as a Director at ZigZag since 2017, will continue his role as Outposter’s CEO.
“This collaboration represents the union of complementary expertise and a shared commitment to connecting world-class talent with industry-leading companies,” Pullen noted.
“This is not just a combination of resources—it’s the merging of innovative approaches and [specialized] expertise designed to solve complex challenges and further empower our clients and employees.”
