- Recruitics says it serves more than 400 enterprise organizations.
NEW YORK, UNITED STATES — Talent acquisition platform Recruitics has named a new chief financial officer and two senior vice presidents alongside a brand refresh, as it repositions around artificial intelligence (AI)-ready hiring infrastructure.
The refreshed identity rolls out across recruitics.com and the Recruitics platform starting Sept. 15, while the platform, contracts and support relationships for existing clients are unchanged.
Recruitics adds finance, marketing and people leaders
Recruitics describes itself as the talent acquisition platform for companies where hiring never stops, serving more than 400 enterprise organizations across more than 100 countries.
According to a company press release, Alana Henderson, who spent nearly a decade in finance at NBCUniversal, joins as chief financial officer to scale operations for the next stage of growth.
Jennifer Clifford, who led global marketing at Precisely, becomes senior vice president of marketing, and Prattima Dhanraj, who brings human resources and talent experience from News Corp, joins as senior vice president of people.
“To meet this moment, we’ve also expanded our leadership team with executives who have successfully navigated periods of rapid change and growth,” said Adam Stafford, chief executive officer of Recruitics.
Platform leans into agentic hiring standards
The refresh reflects integrations now running through the company’s AdaptiveApply product, including ID.me identity verification at the point of application and Maki People voice interviews embedded in the application flow.
Recruitics also led the launch of the Open Job Context Protocol (OJCP), an open standard developed with a coalition including Workday, Cross Country Healthcare and HiringCafe that gives employers and AI agents a structured way to interact with job postings and applications.
The new visual identity is built around a continuous loop meant to reflect hiring as an ongoing process rather than a series of discrete openings.
“This isn’t a new direction for Recruitics; it’s an evolution of who we’ve always been: the first,” said Clifford.
The hires back what Stafford described as the company’s evolution from helping employers market jobs to helping them improve hiring performance, a pitch that puts it alongside the top AI outsourcing companies competing for talent-team budgets.
An open protocol for how AI agents read job postings is an early bet that software, not only candidates, will sit on both sides of an application.
For enterprise buyers weighing recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) against in-house talent technology, that makes compatibility with standards such as OJCP a practical question to put to any hiring partner.
