BERLIN, MARYLAND — 20four7VA has launched a specialized training program for virtual assistants (VAs) who support credit repair agencies, and puts the number who have taken the curriculum so far at 34.
The program, launched in June 2026, prepares remote professionals to handle the administrative and operational work of credit repair businesses, from client files to dispute tracking.
Six modules, from intake to CRM
The curriculum is built around six core modules, according to a release 20four7VA shared with Outsource Accelerator. They cover an introduction to credit repair, situations that lead to credit damage, the legal and ethical framework, client intake and file setup, credit repair execution, and CRM systems.
The legal module builds awareness of regulations including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The execution module focuses on dispute workflows, documentation and follow-ups.
On completing the course, trainees are expected to understand common credit-related issues, conduct credit report audits and support structured dispute workflows, the company said.
A training track built for demand
“The credit repair industry is experiencing unprecedented demand, and agencies are looking for reliable ways to scale without burning out their internal teams,” said Catherine vanVonno, president and CEO of 20four7VA.
“With the launch of our specialized Credit Repair Virtual Assistant Training Program, we’re stepping in as a true strategic partner to fuel that growth,” she said.
“Our VAs are trained to serve as the rigorous operational backbone firms need, handling complex dispute workflows, meticulous client onboarding, and compliance tracking with precision,” she added.
Support inside existing workflows
Through its credit repair VA services, the company places remote staff with credit repair agencies and firms for recurring administrative tasks, including file organization, CRM updates, dispute tracking and client communication.
The release says VAs are prepared to work within the responsibilities and procedures set by the businesses they serve. 20four7VA was named to the Inc. 5000 Honor Roll in August.
What it means for buyers
For credit repair firms with lean teams, the program means virtual assistant hires can arrive already trained in dispute workflows and aware of FCRA requirements.
