Convergys hiring 100 agents in Davao
Convergys Philippines, one of the biggest outsourcing firms in the country, is hiring 100 customer service representatives in Davao City. According to its hiring announcement posted on Jobstreet.com, the 100 agents will be tasked to handle inbound customer service support calls for a US-based client. New hires will work in Abreeza Corporate Center located along JP Laurel Avenue in Davao City. Applicants need to be 18 years old and above and must have completed at least two years in college without any failing marks or back subject. The position does not require any work experience but applicants should be willing to work on holidays and on a shifting schedule, Convergys said.
