The First Ever BPO Facility in Palayan

Palayan City is ready to launch its first ever BPO center in Barangay Singalat. The P1.5 billion Palayan City project is home to four distinct buildings and one of them will operate as the GCB or Government Center Building with numerous government offices catering to needs of public licenses, passports, and various other government papers and services.
Palayan City is ready to be transformed in the province’s BPO capital with investments coming in from the city’s government, Malaysian company Alloy MTD and the provincial government of Nueva Ecija.
Mayor Rianne Cuevas is encouraging all Nueva Ecija locals employed in the BPO sector and spread out all over the country to return home and participate in the development of the entire Nueva Ecija province. The new BPO office facility has 230 seats and became operational on 15th March.
Also, there will be another BPO facility, with 400 seats, that will open up in the month of June this year. It will be located in the BPO 1 building within the complex.
According to Cuevas, the project is one of the indications that the city is prepared to address challenges and promote Nueva Ecija’s progress.
