USA800, now rebranded as The Results Companies, has call centers in Missouri, Kansas, and Texas, providing sales, lead generation, inbound customer service, and technology support to clients in the consumer, cable, television, financial services, healthcare, retail, and telecommunications sectors. The Results Companies is a business process outsourcing and contact services provider. It has international branches in the Philippines, Australia, and Latin America, and 22 call center sites in the US. It provides support in customer service, acquisition, enrollment, retention, membership support services, and transaction processing for Fortune 500 companies.
