Leading customer experience firm VXI Global Solutions has won multiple awards at the 13th International ICT Awards 2019 in the Philippines, entering the ICT Hall of Fame. It was named the Best Company of the Year for being a leader in the information technology and business process management (IT-BPM) sector in several aspects, including annual growth, quality and diversity of clientele, breadth of competencies, management achievements, public goods support, and CSR initiatives. It was also recognized as the Most Innovative Company of the Year for the second consecutive year and the Best Contact Center and BPO Company of the Year for three years in a row, earning a spot in the Hall of Fame. The recognition is given to a company that promotes excellence and industry development in offering voice services in the IT-BPM industry, thereby acting as a role model for the sector, the country’s business community, and in the global scene.
