Concentrix Indiana looks to recruit 245 in technology and healthcare Roles
Concentrix, the California-headquartered business services firm, has announced plans to recruit an additional 245 full-time and seasonal workers for its site in Daleville, Indiana. Working alongside the unit’s existing 318 employees, the new staff members will take on a range of customer service responsibilities, while specifically focusing on clients in the technology and healthcare sectors.
With the company said to pride itself on its professional growth initiatives and the provision of leadership training, it has high hopes any new recruits will stay with the business over the long-term. The company is also keen to play up its close ties with the community, which see staff regularly participate in local charity events and work as volunteers for a range of social enterprises. As an added incentive for potential new recruits, a Fresh Market Cantina is scheduled to open shortly on the Dalevile site.
