Infosys Recognized As Leader In DevOps Services
Infosys, an IT and outsourcing services provider, announced that it has been hailed as a “Leader” in DevOps Services in the Everest Group 2019 PEAK Matrix Assessment. The report recognized the customer-focused hub-and-spoke model of Infosys’ DevOps practice and its investments in DevOps labs and experience centers which helped create significant mindshare among clients, said Infosys. The report also noted clients’ appreciation over Infosys’ ability to identify and implement organizational changes aligned with evolving market demands through upskilling of talent and developing a more collaborative environment among teams to boost business outcomes. Leaders are recognized for exploring futuristic solutions in DevOps, and for using technologies like artificial intelligence, machine learning, and blockchain to develop innovative solutions, the report said. For the report, Everest Group evaluated 20 relevant DevOps service vendors through a multi-stage research and analysis process to get a comprehensive picture of a vendor’s service focus, key intellectual property/solutions, investments, partnerships, and case studies.
