ADEC Innovations acquires SPi Global’s healthcare business in PH
ADEC Innovations has recently acquired the healthcare business of SPi Global, SPi Healthcare Inc., in the Philippines for a still undisclosed amount. ADEC Innovations CEO James Donovan said the acquisition further strengthens the company’s leadership position in data management. It also complements ADEC’s portfolio of sustainable business solutions. SPi Healthcare Inc. provides revenue cycle management and various healthcare back-office support services to clients in the United States through its delivery centers in Manila and Dumaguete in the Philippines. SPi Global president and CEO Ratan Datta said the transaction allows SPi Global to focus on its core business of providing technology-enabled solutions.
