Arthaland Bags Awards For Office Towers
Leading Philippine green developer ArthaLand received several awards at this year’s PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards. The firm’s 30-story Century Pacific Tower at Bonifacio Global City was named Best Office Development and Best Green Development for the third consecutive year. Its Cebu office building project, Cebu Exchange, was Highly Commended for Best Commercial Landscape Architectural Design.
The Cebu development, which boasts smart and sustainable office technologies and is set to be finished in 2021, will be the biggest green office tower in the Philippines, with 11 hectares of gross floor area. The office tower will comprise several sections aimed at BPO companies, corporate offices, retail units and headquarters of corporate entities, among others. Last year, Cebu Exchange was named Best Office Development in Cebu and Five-Star Best Office Development (Philippines) by the same award-giving body.
