Avaya named 2019 Contact Centre Vendor of the Year
Avaya received the 2019 Contact Centre Vendor of the Year award at the Frost & Sullivan 2019 India ICT Awards. Vishal Agrawal, Avaya’s managing director for India and SAARC, said the recognition validates the company’s continued commitment and focus on bringing innovative products and experiences to the business process outsourcing community.
