Ayala Land Premier Launches Office Tower One Vertis Plaza
Ayala Land Premier (ALP) has started construction of its 43-story premium-grade office tower called One Vertis Plaza, located in Vertis North in Quezon City. ALP, known for luxury residential tower developments and suburban enclaves, decided to venture into the office market due to the rising demand for office space from BPO firms and gaming operators. One Vertis Plaza, scheduled to be finished in 2024, is aimed at companies that need larger, headquarters-type corporate offices. It will offer a maximum of 10 office units per floor. About 70% of its available office space has already been taken up.
Vertis North is a master-planned development with more than 50% of its total area occupied by offices and commercial establishments, including notable multinational and local companies such as Google, Telus and Teleperformance. Mike Jugo, ALP manager director, said Vertis North is an ideal address for growing businesses with its easy connectivity, access to major transportation hubs and proximity to commercial centers, which also made it an attractive address for One Vertis Plaza.
