Sitel expansion to build three centers
Sitel Philippines is considered one of the largest BPO company in term of workforce. Sitel is planning to expand this year by three service delivery centers.
The COO of Sitel, Craig H. Reines told reporters that the additional centers would increase their service delivery centers to 16.
The three additional facilities are in Baguio, Tarlac and Puerto Prinsesa. Sitel’s expansion would lead to 3,000 more jobs to its existing workforce.
Two-thirds of the company’s clients are based in North America.
The Information Technology and Business Process Management industry is still one of the largest sources of economic development in the country.
