Cavite’s Lancaster New City project caters to BPO firm
The Lancaster New City (LNC) project of GT Capital in Cavite will house several business process outsourcing (BPO) companies and retail outlets. The LNC in Cavite, which covers 1,600 hectares, is the flagship and largest project of the George Ty-owned conglomerate. It is highly accessible from Metro Manila via major roads and transport systems. Cavite province is part of the highly progressive CALABARZON region, which is home to beneficiaries of overseas Filipino workers remittances and BPO employees from Metro Manila.
