Citigroup, the leading global financial services company, is looking to hire 100 customer solutions officers (CSOs) for its in-house business process outsourcing (BPO) center in the Philippines. The CSOs will be tasked to provide a consistent telephone banking experience to Citi clients in attending to both inbound and outbound telephone calls in accordance with standard operating procedures. The CSOs, who will be assigned in either Makati City or Bonifacio Global City in Taguig, will also be tasked to process online banking transactions and identify sales opportunities to further enhance Citi’s client relationships.
