Cognizant’s CSR is among world’s largest volunteer efforts
Cognizant’s corporate social responsibility program, dubbed Cognizant Outreach, has been considered as one of the world’s largest corporate volunteer efforts. Cognizant Outreach allows its employees around the world to fulfill their passion for volunteerism. Cognizant’s employees volunteer across 15 countries, dedicating their time to mentoring, career counseling and talent development initiatives. Since its start in 2007, Cognizant Outreach has grown to be one of the world’s largest corporate volunteer efforts, logging over 1.25 million volunteer hours. Cognizant believes that the cornerstone of its Outreach’s success is the collective might and passion of its employees in serving the community.
