Convergys head elected 2017 MAP president
Marife B. Zamora, chair of the Philippine unit of global customer management firm Convergys, has been elected president of the Management Association of the Philippines (MAP) for 2017. Zamora becomes the 68th president of MAP and its third woman president since its inception in 1950. She has served as president of the Philippine Software Association, Board Director of Contact Center Association of the Philippines, and Treasurer of American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (AmCham). Currently, she also serves as vice president of AmCham. She was named chair of Convergys Philippines in April 2014. Zamora was elected by the board of directors of MAP.
